Join me on a night hike at Mount Seymour, snow shoeing to Dog Mountain lookout. We will have a mindful moment when we reach the lookout and the crew will enjoy a 15min group coaching session on Visioning for 2025 and beyond.

About the event
WHERE: Meet inside the lodge at the GrillWorks Cafeteria from 6:15pm and we will leave promptly at 6:30pm ready to go.
WHAT: The snowshoe hike is 4.8km long (round trip) and rated as Moderate on All trails:

EQUIPMENT: A headlamp is a necessity, bring warm layers, gloves, toque, snowshoes/spikes and something to sit on in the snow for the mindful moment and don't forget to bring your favourite hot beverage!
RENTALS: I have 2 x pairs of extra snowshoes for rent at $15 per pair for the evening - reach out for more details.
TRANSPORT: I will be driving up from near UBC area and have 3 extra spaces in the car with me if anyone is looking for a ride (the car will share gas costs).
